Return policy for eligible return items:

Eligible return items:

  • Items returned because of verified manufacturing defects will always be exchanged or replaced when returned in 15 days.
  • In-Stock Finished Jewelry – Any finished piece of jewelry that requires zero modification before shipping, including:
  • Standard-Size Rings: Rings ordered in default stock sizes (typically size 7 for women and size 10 for men) with no stone swaps.
  • Stock Necklaces & Bracelets: Chains, pendants, and bracelets ordered in standard catalog lengths (such as 16, 18, or 24 inches).
  • Standard Earrings: Finished studs, hoops, or drop earrings featuring catalog-default diamond total weights or gemstone types.
  • Items ordered for customer review.
  • Please Note – Return Eligibility: Items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and received back to us within 15 days or will be charged an additional 15% fee.
  • You must apply for a Classic Elegance Jewelry Return Merchandise Authorization below.
  • If you desire In-Stock Finished Jewelry when selecting “Design Your Own” select “in-stock only” toggle switch at top of page.

How To Prepare a Return or Exchange.

To return jewelry to Classic Elegance Jewelry, please follow the process below:

  • Package your item(s) securely in the original packing materials with Diamond Report, if applicable.
  • For security reasons, do not write Classic Elegance Jewelry package.
  • Diamond grading reports and appraisals are not required for repairs and resizes.
  • If your item was delivered with a diamond report and that report is not returned, you will be liable for the USD $150 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost.

Insure Your Return

It is strongly recommended you insure your return shipment for its full purchase value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

After Your Return Is Received

  • Returns are processed weekdays and typically entered our system within 24 business hours of receipt.
  • Once entered our system you will receive a confirmation email alerting you that your return has been passed along to our Quality Assurance department.
  • Please allow five to 15 business days for this process to complete.
  • Orders paid for through Stripe or PayPal will be credited back to your Stripe account within two weeks. Please note that after a significant holiday, heavier return volumes can double the normal return processing times. If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive an email once the outbound shipment date has been set.  
  • You will also receive a shipping confirmation email the day of the outbound shipment.

Tips for securely packaging your return

  • Returned products must be in original condition with all packaging included.
  • Return items must be fully insured, as Classic Elegance Jewelry is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.
  • Limit package details about contents and recipients to reduce the risk of theft or fraudulent activity.
  • Shipments should be prepared under video surveillance, ensuring the tracking number is recorded to provide visual documentation of the items packed and dispatched.
  • For valuable items, always double box and seal ends of both boxes with clear and fiber tape to prevent theft. Don’t use a drop box or leave your return unattended. Arrange a pickup or drop it off at the carrier’s facility and obtain a receipt with a tracking number.
